Nerikomi Patchwork Fruit Bowl

This is a decorative piece that is made using a technique called Nerikomi. It is made with a combination of different layers of clays, using waste, coloured and reclaim clays to form unique patterns and texture.

It has a shiny transparent glaze on the inside and on the rim on the outside, showing a contrast between the unglazed surface and the glazed surface.

Makes a lovely fruit bowl, serving bowl or just as an decorative art piece.
